Can I change my order?
Once an order has been made, you cannot change it. We recommend that you double check your cart before you proceed to checkout.
How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
We’re committed to delivering your order within 4-5 business days for Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for the rest of the Philippines.
As a general rule, orders are dispatched 2 business days after payment. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order, as well as the waybill tracking number. LBC is our courier.
We only accept refunds for products with defects or any wrong items delivered within 7 days upon receipt of package. To start a refund, just email hello@roomy.store and make sure you have your order number or proof of purchase from https://roomy.store
